高風險船舶（威脅評分 ≥8）在台灣周邊海域的分布：海纜旁 0.1° 低速徘徊熱區地圖，以及該期高風險船的船種與船籍分布。熱區的判定條件是「船速 <5 節、距海纜 5 公里內、連續 ≥3 小時」，港內點與 >5 節的過境已在後端排除。評分是線索排序，並非違法認定。

Where high-risk vessels (threat score ≥8) concentrate around Taiwan: a 0.1° map of low-speed loitering hotspots near submarine cables, plus the vessel-type and flag-state breakdown for the period. A hotspot counts loitering sustained ≥3 h at <5 kn within 5 km of a cable; in-port positions and >5 kn transits are excluded upstream. Scores rank leads, not legal findings.

如何判讀：方格＝該 0.1° 網格內徘徊事件的總時數，顏色越紅代表該格被佔用越久。色階用分位數切檔（離島與本島量級差極大，等距會讓多數格擠在同一色）。點方格看該格的船數、事件數與平均船速。 How to read this: each square is one 0.1° cell shaded by total qualifying loiter hours inside it — redder means occupied longer. The scale uses quantile bins (offshore-island and main-island magnitudes differ so much that equal-interval bins collapse into one colour). Click a square for its vessel count, event count and average speed.
